Prior to law school, Daniel worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Orlando, Florida. Working with young children gave Daniel a unique perspective of the criminal justice system and the variety of factors and circumstances that contribute to children delinquency. This experience was a driving force behind Daniel’s decision to attend law school and pursue a career as an attorney.
During his time at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Daniel worked as an intern for Judges in Baltimore City and Howard County and participated in the Criminal Law Clinic. Following graduation, Daniel worked as a Law Clerk for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office at the District Court of Maryland for Baltimore City on North Avenue. This invaluable experience offered Daniel insight into the workings of the prosecutor’s office and understanding of the State’s Attorney’s perspective.
In addition to the Firm, Daniel works at Baltimore City Central Booking and Intake Center as well as in Anne Arundel County, where he represents indigent clients in their initial appearance hearing before a commissioner. He works hard to ensure that these clients have an opportunity to be heard and are given the best chance of release pending their court date.
Daniel resides in Baltimore City and during his free time enjoys being active, playing golf, and exploring the surrounding area.
